At SunSense AI, we are a Digital Toolbox for Solar Projects—a suite of intelligent tools designed to help users design, validate, and troubleshoot their solar projects with confidence. Because our offerings are digital in nature and provide immediate access to premium tools and content, all purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we are committed to fairness and transparency, and we evaluate refund requests under the terms outlined below.
By purchasing a digital product or service from SunSense AI, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. All payments are final and non-refundable once access to the Pro features or deliverables has been granted.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Unused access or features
- Dissatisfaction with subjective aspects (e.g., artistic style or design choices) not clearly specified in advance
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
- Non-Delivery of Service: You paid for a service that was not delivered due to a verified technical failure on our part.
- Duplicate or Erroneous Charges: You were charged more than once or billed incorrectly.
- Defective Output: You received a corrupted or unusable file (e.g., blank, unopenable), and we were unable to fix or replace it within 5 business days after notification.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Dissatisfaction with the final result if expectations were not clearly communicated beforehand
- Misunderstanding of the product description, features, or capabilities
- Minor errors or issues that can reasonably be corrected through support or revisions
- Access to digital features or tools has already been granted

- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Abuse of this policy (e.g., repeated or dishonest refund requests) may result in account suspension.
- SunSense AI reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion.
