User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., sketches, concepts, inputs). You grant us a limited right to process your content solely for operating the Service.

Generated Content

Content created by the AI tools based on your input (“Generated Content”) may be used as follows:

  • Free Users: For personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • Paid Users (e.g., Pro Tier): May use generated content commercially. Even if your plan expires, you retain rights to previously downloaded content.

We do not access, reuse, sell, or publish your content or generated output unless you grant us explicit written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SunSense AI for:

  • Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity
  • Distributing malware or malicious code
  • Interfering with system operations
  • Reverse-engineering our tools

Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.

7. Paid Plans and Billing

Certain features require a paid plan (e.g., “Pro Tier”).

  • One-Time Payments: Plans are purchased via non-recurring, one-time payments for a fixed duration (e.g., 30 days or 365 days).
  • No Auto-Renewals: You must manually purchase a new plan to extend access.
  • Plan Extension: Buying a new plan while your current one is active adds time to your existing plan.
  • Pricing Updates: We may change pricing or plan features with prior notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee:

Payments for SunSense AI services — including paid plans and digital products — are processed via Payhip.
